Do you build custom homes?

Yes. Custom builds may take a little longer simply because we want to ensure your expectations are met, but we are always happy to speak to you in person and find out what your dream home looks like.

Do you build and remodel houses for investors?

Yes, we have multiple investors that we have built and remodeled houses for.

Will you remodel the home that I live in?

No, we do not remodel homes for homeowners.

Do appliances come with my new home?

Yes. We install refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, washers, and dryers. We also install towel bars, bath tissue holders, robe hooks, and mirrors above the sink, in the bathroom. We install wire shelving in the closets.

Can you build new commercial buildings and complete build-outs?

Yes, right now we do commercial work in Georgia and Florida, with more states coming soon.

Will my house have a warranty when I buy it from you?

Absolutely! We partner with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty to ensure each home we build is warranted through the first year, and structurally for 10 years. At closing we provide exact details of the warranty for your new home.
